Poor quality work, terrible customer service
Took my car in due to misfire. First time Sparkys replaced the neutral control switch claiming that was the issue. 2 days later issue was worse than ever. Brought it back and they claimed it was the valve cover gaskets leaking into the spark plugs. Ben wanted over $600 for the spark plugs, wires and coil pack. I declined and just had them do the valve cover gaskets. The next day a spark plug wire came completely out of the tube and the other 3 were loose. When confronted about it I was told the wires were oil soaked and that was common. Somehow a spark plug that they claim was not firing right had enough power to pop the wire out of the safety clip and force it 6" out of the plug tube. Ben called me irate after I left cursing at me telling me "your car is a piece of shit" and to "never come back to his shop again." Terrible customer service since all I wanted them to do was clear the codes and make them aware of their mistake. After Ben's reaction I believe they intentionally did shoddy work because I declined to spend an extra $600 on something I could do myself
