My daughter was very upset that the problem she brought it in for was not taken care of and no one seemed to know the problem.

If you are unhappy it is because you did not listen to me..This vehicle came in with 2 missing front diff bolts and the other two about to fall out, we found new bolts and installed all with locktite. these repairs resolved all the grinding and noise and got the vehicle driving..i advised the person who picked it up that i was looking into the binding and had contacted Saab about the issue, i also stated that i would stand by any work..All of this was done on a Saturday with limited resources being available..The manufacturer contacted me Monday morning about a tech bulletin regarding the rear diff plates sticking due to the type of fluid in rear diff..i attempted to contact customer multiple times on Monday morning to let them know i had researched the issue and we needed to service the rear diff. Sometimes you have to have patience all things cannot be resolved in one day but i did get your vehicle safe to drive and within a day figured out the issue..If you choose to not call me back and gain the information i cannot help that..This shop is honest and works hard for our customers with better pricing then everyone in the area. Monday i was willing to have you bring it in and change the fluid for just the cost of materials..I also must state again we resolved much of your problem caused by someones sloppy work in the past leaving the diff in a condition where it could have locked up caused an accident or damaged for vehicle..i wish you luck in your life and future auto repairs..
