Michael  I quoted a price for the tire  and then the total price for mounting & balancing, new tire fee, waste fee, & taxes   I really don't know how to quote any differently

"Not good enough"
It takes 5 minutes to hoist a car up and check the differential fluid. I should have gone to Big O tires where they would have checked that for free instead of getting nickle and dimed out of 15$

I was charged 15$ to be told my differential fluid was fine. That's a rip, I won't be coming back

Steven said he originally took his vehicle into this business because the service engine light came on. They fixed some things, he drove his vehicle about 20 miles and the service engine light came once again. The service light kept coming on numerous times so he went back to this business. They told him it was just a c02 light and it was not a big deal. He had some questions and Jeff answered them to his satisfaction. His experience was good.

"Geoff is great and very easy to talk to"
Geoff is easy to communicate with and has fair prices. This shop has been around along time. I am not invested in this company and I highly recommend it.
It's a great down town location -where I feel like a person not a number.

"Definitely less than the dealership"
I have to say that I believe that I got a good price. Great! Well, less than dealership. The issue I had required two bolts being removed and a change of piece and was charged for an hour and a half. Just? Maybe not! But still definitely better than dealership.

"Greatest Service in Boulder! "
I've been a customer for many years and will continue to be. Jeff is the nicest person I've ever had to deal with at an auto shop. Service is great and location is convenient for busing to Pearl Street.

"My jeep"
As of now - Jeff is God sent
For some reason I trust him to do me right.
Comes across as a honest good human being & easy to talk to.
So far he has charged me fairly - I know a few reviews have warnings but he has done me right.
I plan on making this my go to shop till he retires so pls look for my future reviews

"Custom Alignment"
Asked for custom alignment setting, which was done perfectly. Even though it is a small truck, it is a much more pleasant vehicle to drive now.

"Jeff is very knowledgeable and his genuine manner is a refreshing change from other "wham-bam" "corporate" repair shops."
My issue was analyzed while I watched, the correct parts were ready when I arrived for my appointment. The repair was made and I'm very happy.
