Oh my goodness, where do I start?! This was hands down THE best experience I’ve had at ANY auto repair shop. Wes was attentive, caring, honest and saved me time and money whenever he could, in whatever way he could, no matter how busy he was.
I was visiting out of town from Bend Oregon when the AC in my car completely busted. It was a huge repair (compressor) and everyone I called was booked solid. I literally called and texted about 10 people to find out how I could get this situation handled so I wouldn’t have to drive 4 hours in the blaring summer sun with no AC in my car. And no one could get me in. Except Wes Ducat at Steve Tire & Auto Repair.
Wes moved his entire schedule around in order to get my car in and out on time, so I could get home safely without having to spend an arm and a leg on the repair. He graciously called and texted me whenever there was an update on my car and he worked his butt off to make sure I was taken care of. I have no clue how to repay his kindness except to write this review and say that, Wes, your karma is clear for the next hundred years, bud!!
