SAI valve
Last year I brought my 4runner in to have my tires swapped over along with a secondary air injector valve replaced. They at first ordered the wrong part so they couldnt fix it, they then told me they would order the right part and call me when it came in. This never happened. So fast forward to this year. The valve is still freezing shut and needs to be replaced. They had my vehicle all day and never fixed the valve. Instead of using an aftermarket part they planned to order an OEM from Toyota. $758.00 for just the part then another $250+ for labor. An aftermarket part is 300.00 less than the OEM.
They then had expectations of me paying for the part before it had even arrived and the truck was fixed. With the note call back in a month to see if we have the part. Will not be coming back here. The service has fallen short for the last 2 times I have been there.
