Told Ken O. my issues with my car, & other things I wanted done. He is always courteous to me & to other customers. Another fellow (I didn't get his name) let me know when my car was done & explained what they did, I paid & I was on my way home. He was very polite also. Both these guys should be recognized by Straub and are an asset to your company.

I was having some air pressure trouble with my driver side front tire. I called and was immediately given an appointment. I had a warning signal that I wasn’t familiar with. He explained the issue. It was fixed quickly. Always friendly and courteous.
