Service department
My son took his car here because it had a recall something with the engine. Thehad the car 3 weeks. 3 days after the oil was leaking.
Took the car back. They kept it one week. Pick the car up and heading home made it off the highway and it stalled and died. Had to get a towed truck threw my insurance and get another loaner the next morning. Another couple of days they called to pick up the car that evening the next morning while trying to go to school 1 block from the house it died again. Called them to have it towed and in the same day which is today they said the car is ready. This car ran fine before the recall and taking it them for service.

Love the car. Hate the dealership.
We love the Crosstrek. Got a great price.

The dealership was chaos. Horrible communication across teams. The salesman (Philipp) was sweet and not a typical sleezy salesman. But he was uninformed about the correct processes in buying a car. The finance office was also sadly uninformed about the buying process.

They were obviously not used to people buying in cash. And we were penalized for doing so.
