Marvin said they were very nice and helpful. However, his bill started off at $364 and then it increased to $400. They kept breaking things so the total price came to about $700.

Marvin as for a est for a window regulator and motor we the car came in to the shop to replace the window regulator and motor we took the door pannel of and found that we the regulator work it broke and damaged the wind track broke the glass window. os we toll Marvin he would have to fix track and replae window glass he authorized the repairs in the amount of $700.00.
I call Marvin talked about the situation and he said he was confused when he was talking to the survey people and said he remembers now that he authorizing the repairs now and he is with the repairs and will be back for more service.

Robert said the business wasn't able to repair his vehicle because they didn't have the correct software. He added that he appreciates their effort but had to go to 5 other facilities for help. He ended up getting the issue fixed in Ohio.
