Lack Of Respect For Women/Accountability
Brought my Jeep to Suntrup Kia for oil change and tire rotation. They took my car through the car wash. I did not ask for a car wash. When I returned home in the light of my garage, I had damage to my hood and a cracked windshield. I never take my car through an automatic car wash.

We called the service manager, John, and left multiple messages. After not reaching him by phone, my husband stopped on his way to work to tell John what happened and told him what time I would bring up the car. When I arrived to speak with John, he was not there.

I spoke with Brian who immediately told me without completely looking at my vehicle that there was no way the car wash caused the damage or the cracked windshield. He treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about.

As I disagreed with him, he finally took pictures of my vehicle as he told another male employee that the damage was not from them. He told me the "director" Elliott Silk would call me. I have not heard from them in 6 days.

We have purchased 6 cars from Suntrup and have referred multiple people to Suntrup to purchase vehicles.

We are disappointed by the way we were treated and especially how they treated me as a woman. We will not be purchasing any more cars from Suntrup or refer others due to their dishonesty.
