Had my car towed to “Superior” (ha!) Auto Repair because of a bad alternator when my car died in the vicinity. After the $600+ repair was done, I picked up the car and more than half way home the car started overheating. Because we now were closer to home, I had the car towed to my usual mechanic who told me there was a fresh puncture in the radiator near where you’d work to replace an alternator. Cost me another $700+ for that. Plus, the alternator Rich did replace went bad after approx six months (well within the warranty on the part) and I saved the radiator to give to him, but he would not work with me to get the money back on the part or get me a new alternator. I am not surprised he is out of business with this type of service.
