"Reliable"
The service dept contacts me to get my approval to perform any services that was not previously discussed when I dropped the car off. They always have my car ready by the time I request. The shuttle service is very convenient so I can leave my car while I am at work.

"Problems Galore"
I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Equus from a nonlocal dealership with problems, problems, problems. I took the vehicle to the local Hyundai dealership with my list of vehicle issues. They diagnosed and repaired all the issues with a quick turnaround time. I was back on the road in no time. Fantastic service and with a friendly staff.

We don't really understand the failing score. We had a appointment this past Monday to repair your bumper that we didn't scratch. We now have another appointment for this comming Monday and you give us a bad score before you give us a chance to fix it.
