"Fast service, friendly staff "
Only complaint is I have paid almost four hundred dollars for service for both services on my car in last two months. Almost 800.00, service is so expensive

"Battery checks please!!"
Normally, I have no complaints about the service department. But, I highly suggest that they should check peoples batteries when they bring cars I to be serviced. I brought mine in the day before I had to drive my son to Nashville to see his genetics specialist/neurologist. I assumed everthing with my car was good to go because the only thing told was that I needed new front breaks. As we are halfway to Nashville, we pulled over at a rest stop to stretch our legs. When I went to leave, my car wouldn't start. My battery was completely dead. Here I am, far away from all family and friends with a special needs child, with a car that had been serviced the day before, but yet broke down. This could have been prevented had my battery been checked.

"Friendly But needs to work on communication"
Cashier is realllllllly slow and the communication between the service advisors and customers could be better. I felt like if he were dealing with my husband the exchange would have been much different!
