"Got a free car wash!"
The only negative thing I experienced was difficulty getting through on the phone. Had to call several times to make appt.

"Excellent!"
I can't say enough about how awesome the service department at Superior Hyundai is!! I had to have my car towed in for repairs. The parts needed for repair weren't immediately available. I desperately needed a loaner car and Tim, the service manager, came through with a car for me to drive while my car was being repaired. My car was promptly repaired when the parts came in and , as always, they gave my vehicle a wash before I picked her up. Great group of people and I will definitely be back for all service work and repairs!

To answer the following question...would I recommend...not sure. My friend Kathy Nail bought a car here and she is the only reason I came to you. We have a dealership in Gadsden where I live. She was told she would receive $100 for referring a friend. She recommended me and I. Ought a car. She has not received any money. Come on guys!

"Great Service!"
I have been to Superior Hyundai several times to have my car serviced. I trust the professionals at Superior Hyundai. As a women, I am always skeptical to have my automobile serviced. In the past, I have had auto service technicians try to take advantage of me. So, I always talk to my father or brother before agreeing to have any work done on my car. I feel the the auto service technician at Superior Hyundai is telling me the truth and is transparent about the service my car needs. I do not feel that the auto service technician at Superior Hyundai is trying to take advantage of me.

I've been using Superior since I moved here in 1995 and had them install A/C in my Jeep. Despite some management changes the service department has always been fair and first rate. These are good people and they take pride in doing their best for the customer.
