"Issue not fixed"
On 11/11 I went to get my oil changed and get my tire checked out for a slow leak. Tech looked over the tire and didn't find anything. 2 days later the pressure dropped 10 psi, went to tire discount center and we both found a nail in the tire. Little disappointed this wasn't spotted at Hyundai dealership. On the plus side I wasn't charged for fixing the tire at discount tires.

"Disappointing - 3 visits to get a duplicate key made"
Needed a 2nd key fob for our Sonata Hybrid. But it should only take one appointment. Visit #1: They ordered the wrong key fob; rescheduled after correct key fob came in. Visit #2: Correct key fob came in and it worked, but they screwed up the original fob and now it doesn't work (it's not the battery!). Visit#3 is now scheduled to get original key fob to work. Hope it won't require a 4th visit! Pretty annoying.
