The service people are always honest, helpful and reliable. I usually work with Tony. Due to the excellent service department I plan on buying another Hyundai in the spring.

"The people"
Overall very good. always met with a smiling face and very pleasant greeting. Service person Joe was very accomidating and worked hard to take care of all my needs. Got me in and out in a very timely fashion.
also had a few questions and went into the showroom.. spoke with Victor Hayden who went out of his way to solve a problem I had. Again, itwas a good experience, showing that the folks at suresky's will go out of their way to treat their customers well.

"Courteous and professional attitude."
Service experience fine. Vehicle is only a month or so old, and we had several instances of a warning message of auto braking system disabled. Asked to have any 'codes' found in memory to be determined. None found. Found this a bit disappointing that any warring indication would not set a code. Perhaps this is a design flaw. Not a 'technician' problem. He can only pull what is lodged in memory. Thank you.

I'm really bad with names but I can tell you that so far everyone I have dealt with at Suresky Hyundai's service department is absolutely wonderful, they're friendly and one of the best things that I love about them is that they're not pushy, they don't try to sell you on more than what you're vehicle needs and they try not to have you waiting too long for the service, plus its always helpful that the technicians knows what they are doing. I haven't had to use it yet because I'm usually not there that long but they have a shuttle service that will bring you anywhere locally if you wish. This is my second Hyundai and I believe from the service that I have dealt with at this dealership I will continue to purchase a Hyundai.

I never have any complaints when I have my car serviced at Suresky’s. The service department is always spot on, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and always willing to help you in any way. The service manager Doug Dulgarian is outstanding!
