Jamie, I will never understand customers such as yourself. You go online buy the cheapest thing you can find and assume it works for your car. 

Why won't you include in your posting how your vehicle was inspected you was given the option to do the repairs or decline the repairs, at no point did we ever pressure sell you! And you yourself can be a witness to how very busy my shop is and that is because we have been here along time and I have built a reputable company built on trust. So take your Shady aqusations to another shop that will actually is doing shady stuff and keep it away from my shop. 

If you had such an issue with this repair then why wouldn't you, A, Say something to me face to face while you was here and I would have been more than happy to go over everything again with you. Or B, Decline the repairs and had your brakes done somewhere else which I'm sure would have cost more and got cheap parts for the service.
