"Atmosphere, staff and quick response."
The staff, very courteous, quick at greeting you and identifying your needs. The atmosphere is wonderful, comfortable while waiting, which never seems to be very long.

My oil change was without appt, they were able to do it quickly and went through the care and found a light out. they saved me a ticket.

"Excellent service but loud waiting area"
The service staff was great. Service work excellent. I’ll continue to do business with this dealership and recommend to others. My only negative comment was noise when n the waiting area. It is a nice, bright area with comfortable seating. The TV is separated from another sitting area. It is just that the musk and loud yelling across the area was not comfortable.

"Service review"
Took car immediately. Predicted a 2 hour appt. and was completed within that time frame. I requested a complimentary car wash which was quite satisfactory. My only concern was the clock was messed up and I have been unable to reset it. I have no idea why that would have occurred.

"Service with a smile "
I stopped in for my oil change and tire rotation. As always greeting quickly with a smile and a willing to help you attitude. They get me signed in and within 35 minutes they are bringing me back my keys with a full update of everything they did and checked. I love the service at Tarbox from the service area to the courteous and friendly office staff.
