"Good Service Good People, Too Long"
Dropping off your care or waiting. If you drop off your car you keep getting pushed to the end of the line for those who are waiting... But I'd you wait you waste 90 minutes or more for your service no matter what it may be. This does not make sense. However every dealership I have been to is the same way. Service should be done by order of customer checking in regardless of waiting or dropping off. Why make an appointment for 7,8, or 9'if you're not going to work on a car until later. In order to get my vehicle back faster I have to take a half a day or full day off of work and wait in boredom . This is ridiculous .

Thank you for taking the time to answer our survey and for your feedback. We try to accomodate all of our customers to get their vehicles in and out as fast as possible with doing a proper repair. We handle many complex repairs from engine overhauls to intermittent wiring issues to basic maintenances. We have wait appointments and our quick lube technicians do a very good job on getting oil changes and tire rotations along with car washes out in under a hour. Our drop off appointments we work through the day to get all of those appoinments done by the end of the day. There can be many causes that can move times back depending on the type of repairs. Being close to the Bay and Rivers in Southern MD, we always run into rusted and seized bolts. Just an example of a circumstance that pushes promise times back. We do offer shuttle services within 10 miles and we offer low cost rental vehicles for customers who do not have the option of waiting. It is a struggle in the automotive industry that we work at on a regular basis. At Team Hyundai, we have great employees who care about doing a good job as fast as possible. Thank you for taking the time to answer our survey and for your feedback. I looked into your visit at the dealership and noticed the mileage of your first oil change was at 9940 miles. Your oil change interval should be every 3750 miles with a tire rotation at every 7500 miles. With today's gas direct injected engines they will also require a fuel additive every 7500 miles to help keep the injectors clean. With these few maintenance items, your vehicle will maintain it's ride quality and help retain the value of your vehicle for years to come. Your owner's manual will be able to go into more detail but if you have any questions please give us a call at 301-862-9150. I apologize for the miscommunication on the car wash. We do an exterior car wash on every vehicle in for service. There is an additional charge for specific details such as vacuuming and waxing but the car washes are free for our customers.
