To begin with, we saw a Jeep we wanted on their website. We went through and got approved. The communication was extremely poor because we were told we could come in the following morning to get this Jeep and do the financial paperwork. And we could get it the next morning because it was having recall work done on it. That’s fine. What they didn’t tell us was for them to hold onto the Jeep was that we had to put money down. I was told while my husband was pulling into their parking lot, that they sold the Jeep the night prior. That was the only thing that was told to me. When my husband when inside he was told they could’ve saved it had we put the money down and they wouldn’t have sold it. Simply put, they were not forthcoming with how we should’ve put some money down to keep it, lied to me or was not completely honest with me. So we took our business elsewhere.
