Bad Experiences
Very unhappy with the service. The initial diagnosis was incorrect—they identified a radio issue instead of the Blue Link problem. After replacing the radio, a new issue appeared with clicking on the map screen.

The engine warning light was also not properly resolved. I was told it was fixed, but it came back the very next day.

During the follow-up visit, my 2024 Tucson Hybrid was driven an additional 17 miles for testing. My belongings were not handled with care—my trash container from the front was moved to the back seat, leaving a large mess behind that I had to clean up myself.

In addition, none of my personal settings or information in the system were backed up or restored after the repair.

I bought all my Hyundai vehicles at Temecula Hyundai, I have noticed the maintenance services had gone down now comparing before.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor diagnosis, unresolved issues, and lack of care for my vehicle.

Recommended improvements: Carefully diagnose issues before performing repairs, verify that problems are fully resolved before returning the vehicle, handle customers’ vehicles and personal belongings with care, restore all system settings and personal data after service, and return the car clean and in proper condition.
