As always, The Care Shop out performed my expectations. Mark and Rose are wonderful.
Car repair is not something anyone looks forward to. However, since I found the Care Shop 10-11 years ago, I'm confident that whatever is needed for my cars will be diagnosed and explained to me thoroughly upfront. From experience, I can fully trust what Mark tells me and the end product is always positive. I actually enjoy going to the Care Shop. (Although hopefully not too often). Friendly, honest, fair.
