Car was done early but.....
My car was towed here vs my usual dealership. I was kept well informed and my car was done very fast. My service advisor was great. However, my car was not washed, no floor mats, oil on my pedal and no new oil change sticker on my windshield. Those things seem minor but its what I expect and always get from my normal dealership.

Awesome Service
As always the service was excellent. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy and we received a call indicating our vehicle was ready for pick-up soon after check-in. Individual we dealt with (sorry I can't remember his name but he was at the far right workstation) was very professional and knowledgeable.

Been with Thompson for Years!
I have bought my last several Hyundia's from Thompson on Merritt Blvd and alway take them there for service. They are quick efficient and curious.. Being a single female always make me nervous because some mechanics get over on us. Not the folks at Thompson..

I had better service with Dave
Dave te customer service advisor was great. I was able to get exactly what I needed done in a timely manner. His attitude was great as well. I would recommend this business to a friend if every service advisor was as friendly as Dave. So I'll check yes I dont want a negative review on him at all.
