Your service person made a stressful situation easy.
Again, I have to compliment your customer service person. I apologize that I don’t have his name, but I called him on a Saturday morning and he was empathetic about the situation. He explained that the rental company closed soon so I drove immediately over to Hyundai. He already had the rental car set up and explained was what was going to happen. Really put my mind at ease. He also kept me updated on progress of my repair. Great experience.

Pleasant people
Because every time I come for oil change, it costs me money. They say I have to get an inspection for $89.95, which they do anyway and since I was having oil change and tire rotation they dropped money down to $54.95 plus tax. So where is free oil change. My son bought his car at Jones and he said they never ask him for any extra. I would not recommend Thompson to anyone. Next car will be at Jones. And what I like if I don't get inspections then my oil changes would be terminated. So what do you think.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent visit, the normal mileage based service for your vehicle was due for is our minor maintenance service at a cost of  $89.95 because you purchased your vehicle from Thompson we remove the cost of the oil change to bring the price down to $54.95, you will continue to receive free oil changes as long as the factory maintenance is performed when due at Thompson, if there is anything i can do to improve your service experience please let me know Thank you for your time Corey Weimer Service Manager

When I arrived I was is frustration of a problem I was having. Tony was very friendly, listened and empathized with me. He understood the problem and had my car fixed the very next day. Before l left he was very informative in explaining what i needed to do until i returned. The very next day the problem was fixed and i left a happy lady.

Oil changes take forever get comfy or drop it off
Came in for an express oil change that took over 2 hours to complete. I had to inquire about the status of my car and then suddenly once I do this it’s magically ready!!!
