It was ok
I drop my car off. Was told be ready at 1;00pm. I eas there and my car wasn't ready and not finished until 2;15. Also no place for my spouse to park to see if thecar was ready for pickup. I could not find him he thought I left and went home.

I received a customer appreciation coupon that was great. However they were clueless about this coupon. I would rather have had lifetime oil changes. The pick up service is nice.

Everyone is kind and efficient and they are able to explain things to me on a layman’s level,
I have recommended that friends buy a Hyundai Sonata because I have had 3 and each one had even more technology that helped me be a safer, more confident driver. I have one friend that has just purchased their second Sonata and other friends who drive other Hyundai models.

A wrong that was corrected!!!!!
I recently had a bad experience with the auto dealer, but Corey Thompson immediately contacted me and corrected it. THIS is true customer service. Communication is key, and I am thankful that Thompson's Hyundai is committed to customer service excellence!!! I highly recommend that if you ever have any issues or concerns; please reach out to them. They will make sure you're taken care of!!!

Didn't Receive What I Paid For
During this visit, I received my complimentary oil change (which is included in my new purchase package) however, when I paid for the recommended service (15,000 miles) included in the fee was the rotation and pressure adjustment of my tires. That part of my service was never completed. $165 later and I didn't get what I paid for. I have one more complimentary service, but after this; I will not return. I have not been refunded for this service not being completed. I also was there for 2 hours instead of the 45 minutes I was initially told it would take to do the service along with my factory recall.
