Preparing to surrender a leased vehicle we started checking out several dealerships for various makes & models. We’re very close to choosing. My husband decided to check out Hyundai..... knew nothing about them! Impressed with the Sonata Sport! Great deal. Great GM though salesperson was lacking. We bought two Sonata Sports!

Hyundai Service Program is Great
I was able to book my service on line on Monday for the next day (Tuesday) which was great. The 55,000 mile service took a little more time then I expected (2 hours instead of 1 hour) but I asked to have my brakes checked also so I can overlook the additional time. The only minor thing is that the receipt form does not clearly indicate if I was charged for the oil change, which is suppose to be free, but the price paid for the 55,000 mile service seems to indicate it was. Also, I had a coupon for a free battery check and that is not indicated either. However, the service representative indicated the service was performed. With a total charge of only $33.25, I know I got my moneys' worth.

I have used the service department for a few years now when I bought my first vechile now that I bought a new vechile again I am going to continue to use thompson service department the staff is very friendly very professional and they are very fast getting me on my way also I have never had any problems after my vechile was serviced at Thompson Hyundai.

The Service Manager addressed my concerns and offered to make things right for the 30K maintenance performed on my car on 01/04/2019. The overall service was good and Corey made an great effort to make things right in the future for servicing my car at the Thompson Hyundai dealership. Do not hold your breath.
While regular mileage maintenance was performed. The wait times that they provide to customers are way off for these procedures. Also please stop trying to add on to an already overpriced maintenance cost..Geesh..

Service Department
I usually am seen within five minutes of my appointment. They're never too busy to explain any questions I may have. Service is usually fast too. Most of my services I have done I can usually wait there. I've owned many cars in my lifetime and dealt with service departments of many car companies however, this Hyundai service department is the best one by far and I would recommend this to everyone.
