The mechanic lied on the work order about work that was not completed.
Not what I expected, I had to go back 2 times for a oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours when I had an appointment. When i got in my car the seat had a yellow stain on it. I cleaned it up myself.

Excellent service
Tom Fields provided excellent service when I had the 90k service done on my 2012 Elantra. He called to tell me that in addition to the 90k service, 2 of the struts would need to be replaced at some point and the problem with tihe tire pressure guage light on the dash was 2 sensors that needed to be replaced. This light had been on for almost 2 years and prior technicians had told me when I came in for various service appointments, there was nothing that could be done and it could not be reset any more. The total for these 2 repairs was almost $1200.00. I asked whether either the struts or sensors were covered under the extended warranty I bought when I bought the car at Thompson. Within 1/2 hour he had callled about the warranty and called me back to tell me BOTH items were covered and would be replaced at no charge.
Because the struts had to be ordered I had to bring the car in a second time for the replacement, but the car was ready each time when he told me it would be ready.
Needless to say I was very impressed with the level of service he provided, and was very happy that the tpg light on the dashboard was finally taken care of..

Oil change comlete
I bought my vehicle brand new from Thompson Hyundai, December 2017. And since then my vehicle maintenance experiences have been detailed and precisely taken care of. At the end of my oil changes I haven't been rushed off but I've been given details of what to expect next as well as I'm also asked if I had any questions.

easy to schedule appt., friendly staff, clean environment. work is completed timely. Only bad thing is I don't like feeling like I have to get other services just to keep my oil changes from being charged. As a responsible owner I think I know when certain services needs to be done. it will probably be the one reason I don't buy Hyundai again. I love my car but I don't like the feeling of being taken advantage of.
