Great Service!
I've consistently had a good experience with Thompson Hyundai. I have found their online service scheduling tool very convenient, and the wait time for the service completion is reasonable. In my 3 years of experience, I have had no problems after service.

Good customer service good mechanic's not pushy and they make you feel comfortable with the virus they do practice 6 feet distancing and the seats are separate incase you have to wait. Been going for a while now.

 I am very sorry for your service experience with your recent visit, after speaking to your daughter about your experience identifying that we failed to properly gather all the information needed to properly diagnose your vehicle. When your son in-law came in and explained exactly what was going on we were able to duplicate your concern and make the necessary repairs . I have communicated to my advisors the importance of asking as many questions as possible so our technicians are better equipped to diagnose and repair your vehicle in a timely manner. I would like to take a few minuets of your time and speak to you directly to personally apologize about your experience and explain the steps we have put in-place so this does not happen again - Thank you Corey W.
