Exceptional Service by the entire Thousand Oaks Toyota Team
I originally purchased my Prius new from T.O. Toyota. I have had all the scheduled maintenance performed by them. I have on occasion required repair work, including during my latest visit last week. The Service people, especially my "personal Prius Consultant", Yobi Kim, have always been available, ready to assist, efficient and professional. I'm always told in advance, how much it will cost and how long it will take. In my latest experience the part had to be ordered and would take a week to receive. they provided me with a brand new Camry loaner car. While they had the care they did 21 point inspection, as well as replacing a missing lug nut -at no cost. They're the best and I wouldn't consider buying or seeking service from any other Dealer.
