Had to wait for Jarrett when. I arrived. He finally came thru the door and said what can I do for you? Really?? How about good morning and sorry for the wait! My salesmen Tom had set up a loaner for me over a week ago.Jarret said I see you have a loaner set up but we have been short So let me see what I can do??Thats what you tell a customer who allready has a loaner set up??!! He set me up on your texting program . At 4:40 I was calling him since I had not heard anything.I ended up calling my salesmen who helped out .I did not find out what was done to the vehicle until I arrived Sat morning to pick it up. I expected once I signed up for your texting program I would get a status update and what the repair was. Jarret needs to be warm and friendly. You are in the people business. I still rated you 5 stars because I realize the importance of the survey to the dealership but please understand my experience from a customer perspective.
