"Nice waiting facility but I have a number of places I would rather spend two and a halaf hours."
Toyota owner since '78..same dealer and salesman. Prius problems brought our car in for a diagnostic. 27,000 miles and a bad battery. Never before had a battery fail. No satisfactory explanation. Didn't get the oil and filter change I requested. Waited 10:00-12.30......$338.00. This trip not a happy camper!
