"Service Need Help"
I was less than fully satisfied with my last and most recent service at Toyota of Puyallup. For instance, I was notified that my vehicle was "ready" for pick up and then I waited and endured 20+ mins. before I actually collected my vehicle. Then to my disappointment, I discovered the vehicle really was not fully ready for the customer. Lastly, I find myself continuing to go back and forth to this facility to repair my vehicle instead of repairing all that's needed once the items are revealed. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I rather go here than to the "rip-off guys" at Titus-Will".
