Griffin said it took four days of being in and out of the business to check on his vehicle. He says three out of the four days the business gave his vehicle incorrect parts. Griffin said he called the business for an update on his vehicle and the business hung up on him. He says he wouldn't recommend this business for service.

Tim said he is very happy and they did an amazing job . His vehicle broke down, during the pandemic, needed a transmission and the business was closed. The owner met him at his house, was able to replace his transmission and did it at an affordable rate. He took the same vehicle back 2 weeks later and they did a couple of addition things for him . They went out of their way to help him and he can't thank them enough.

Jeff said the service was very good, his vehicle is running okay but he said that he is not happy at all with the communication and the prices. He said that he was quoted a price of $300 on labor and seals but he was billed $650. They did not call about the price going over double the quoted price and of course, they did not get his approval either on the new price.
