Sam said when he had an aluminum wheel replaced on his vehicle, he asked this business for his old one and was told he would have to pay a $50 core charge for it. He explained he had not been told about this charge in the beginning, and felt he should have been.

I Apologize for that sam,i should have asked you if you wanted to keep your old rim,unfortuneatly with the price of scrap metal increasing there areusually not all the time core charges.
