"Good Service When You Need It"
Engine warning light came on. Called TriStar and they got me in the very next day. Found the problem, ordered the part, arranged to have it installed the next week. Very accommodating. And, I got a fresh lemon off their lemon tree too! Best lemon I've ever tasted.

"Friendly service at a convenient location"
We've been going here for years and never had a disappointment. Personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. Recommendations are always well thought out and we usually follow their advice. Prices are reasonable. What more can I say to get to the 250 word minimum?

"Fast service"
I needed a tire rotation and oil change. They got me right in. I was out in 30 mins. They were knowledgeable and took the time to discuss other automotive issues I had.
These guys are absolutely friendly and very competent. I can't say enough positive things about them.

"Awesome customer service "
Best customer service. Very knowledgeable about automotive issues. The staff always works me in same day usually. They also complete repairs in a timely manner. They even called me when they needed to share some additional repairs with me. They expressed the safety issues and explained the necessity of the repair needed.

"25,000 mile checkup"
Service on Saturday morning was fine. It took an hour which surprised me since it was not that busy. Just for an oil change and rotate the tires.

"Always a positive experience!"
We trust TriStar with all of our cars and have done so for years. They are fairly priced and trustworthy. Gustavo is very nice and helpful and makes sure we are always taken care of, as well as Mark.

"Trust these guys"
I am comfortable coming here. I am treated respectfully, workbis explained before it is done.
Frank, at the front desk, does a wonderful job taking time with me-even going out on a drive so he could see the problem himself to explain it to the technician.
My only complaint-my car was left unlocked with the key on the floorboard for me to pick it up in the morning. I had asked for it to be left locked. Nobody wanted to steal my old car so all was good.
