Bad news
The service dept is great as always but recently I visited the dealership and someone in sales run my personnel information without my permission. I have bought several cars from this dealership but will never buy another from there after someone took it upon thereselves to run personnel info . As I said the service has always been great and I will continue to use them , but the sales dept is a bunch of crooks and thief’s as far as I am concerned

Regular oil change
I take my car in every oil change using the coupons out of my book, that was purchased when I bought the car with the extended warranty. Mileage is documented so I can take advantage of the Fuel Reimbursement Program. Love this program.

Great service
I was easily able to make an appointment for a time convenient to my schedule. My car needed a software update covered by the warranty and the technicians were able to get the work done without issue. I needed several other routine maintenance items done and they did it all in a couple of hours and kept me updated by phone. Great service and great staff.

Repair was done quick and did the upgrade on the safety system at the same time. Just will never recommend using the warranty company for towing waited from 8:30am until after 1:00pm for them to arrive to take my car to the dealership.
