When I 1st bought my Genesis I was told some things by sales person that did not venture true when needed. I was approached by a service rep when he heard me complain. He has taken such h great care of me ever since that first time dealing with my cars service. He has never let me down and takes such care with my car and my communications with the service dept. He understands that the customer may not always be right but if there is a misunderstanding, he is there to listen and try to do everything possible for the customer. I am very pleased since I have been "adopted" by shannon. Simply said, this gentleman totally rocks!

Very welcoming!
I was traveling to Knoxville from Richmond, VA when I realized I was way overdue for an oil change. Called the service department on Friday afternoon and they worked me in. Mitchell and Shannon in the service department were very helpful! I will be relocating to Knoxville in June and will definitely use Twin City Hyundai for my service needs on my Genesis!
