Carmelita said this business did not do anything. She is not satisfied with her vehicle. She ended up missing a funeral because of her vehicle not running right. She is so upset about that. She is unsure if they did a diagnostic test. They were driving her vehicle around. . They never found the problem and told her nothing is wrong with her vehicle. The check engine light comes on and off, and she had to pull over several times to cool the vehicle. She thought it was her battery, but she was told her battery was good and her alternator was checked and she was told it was good too. They told her it could be the transmission, but they are not sure what the problem is. She does not like the service at this business. She had to pay $57 and change to get the vehicle back from them. She asked for a loaner to attend the funeral, and they told her they can not offer her a vehicle.
