Carmelita said this business did not do anything. She is not satisfied with her vehicle. She ended up missing a funeral because of her vehicle not running right. She is so upset about that. She is unsure if they did a diagnostic test. They were driving her vehicle around. . They never found the problem and told her nothing is wrong with her vehicle. The check engine light comes on and off, and she had to pull over several times to cool the vehicle. She thought it was her battery, but she was told her battery was good and her alternator was checked and she was told it was good too. They told her it could be the transmission, but they are not sure what the problem is. She does not like the service at this business. She had to pay $57 and change to get the vehicle back from them. She asked for a loaner to attend the funeral, and they told her they can not offer her a vehicle.

Lisa said this business was horrible to work with. Her battery was still dead afterwards and the vehicle is no longer working. She would not recommend this business over the reasons already mentioned.

Mrs Tiller, We are sorry that you were not happy with your interlock reinstall. We were only authorized to reinstall your device not diagnose any other problem. If you are still encountering automotive problems, please give us a call and we would be happy to schedule you for a full diagnostic and correct any problems found related to your other shop removing the device. Again we are sorry for the confusion about what services would be provided.

Spoke with Nick. He said he brought his vehicle to this business for service on the power steering. He was told this repair would not be covered under his warranty. This establishment told him the rack and pinion was burnt out and needed replacing as well. Nick went to another business to get a second opinion, where he was told there was nothing wrong with the rack and pinion.

Derreck said the personnel at this business were extremely rude and everything was a huge hassle. He said this business would not give him any straightforward answers and they provided poor customer service. He said he would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

Dino said they charged him an extra $100 just for telling him that the A/C was not working. He told them that the alternator was not working and everything was working properly before the visit. Also, someone left 6 pairs of pants in the back of his truck. He is planning to give them to a charitable organization. Dino said he would really appreciate being reimbursed for the extra $100 that he was charged.

Spoke with Michelle. She said she wasn't sure why her dad brought the vehicle in for service. She said during the service visit the technician broke the ignition. She took the vehicle to another business to get the ignition fixed. She would not recommend the business to others for the above reason.
