Spoke with Philippe. He said he was not satisfied with his overall experience with this business. The vehicle was taken in for a diagnostic and they charged him $120 just for that service. He stated that he felt that he was overcharged. Due to this issue, he would not recommend them for service.

My bill was 1200 and $70 ......700 of that was in labor... Probably time to find another repair man to take all of my vehicles to...... Would I recommend somebody for this business I would tell them to take out a loan the labor cost will be over half the bill

Fred said this business refused to give him any discount when they realized he was going to have the repairs done at a later time. He would not recommend this business for service because he did not like the way the situation was handled by the person he spoke with and they did not show any customer appreciation. He will be having the repair performed somewhere else.

Herman said he felt they did a pretty good job. They found a bad ball joint and fixed the air conditioning but the gas gauge they worked on is still acting up. When he backs up the vehicle, there is a clunking sound.
