"New Hyundai Owner"
Purchased Genesis and wanted the trunk emblem changed. Installed front emblem on trunk in error so had to return next day to reinstall proper emblem. Other than inconvenience of a return trio, I'm very pleased with the service I received. I look forward to building a relationship at this dealership.

"Made it right"
I went in for an oil change not this visit but a previous one. They lost the cover that goes over the drain plug but made it right on this current visit by ordering a replacement. Everything else was done right and on time.

"Excellent service, as usual"
I made an appointment for a new set of tires for my Santa Fe Sport about 10 days out. After a couple of phone calls back and forth, Shawn told me that I wouldn't have to pre-pay for the tires -- they would create a ticket and I would pay for them when they installed them, and when they balanced them and aligned the vehicle. He also told me my appointment would take about 2 1/2 hours. When I showed up for my appointment, Shawn was off -- but he had already created the ticket, and Kenny took over. Near the end of my appointment, it occurred to me to have them check my battery -- it was the factory original, and I purchased the vehicle almost 3 years ago. Sure enough, Kenny told me that it my original battery might not survive the first cold snap, so I had that replaced, which took another 30 minutes. All in all, a great service visit -- no surprises. I bought the vehicle there; they've performed all of my service and have been great.

"Adequate Service"
I was impressed with the courtesy and timing of my overall service needs in regards to a Check Engine Service Light, Spark Plug/Coil Issues with leaks and a timing belt replacement. The only suggestion I'd give is to ensure all problems with the car are stated at the beginning and to ensure that the actual repair suggestions themselves are accurate.
