Easy and fast to get my vehicle in for service but not super helpful
I was able to get my SUV in for an oil change within a couple of days, which is nice. This was my first time to Vancouver Toyota because I’ve just moved to the area. I dropped my car off the night before and was looking for the drop box for my keys while a salesman just walked on by and let me look into their mailbox and continue to look for the drop box. I finally stopped and asked where the drop box was. I take pride in getting my car serviced regularly at the previous dealership so the next morning when I was told I needed around 2 thousand in maintenance, including an $80 battery charge, I was surprised. When I picked my vehicle up, I’d asked the guy if my profile transferred from the previous dealership he just kind of dismissed me saying he didn’t know because he wasn’t the person who worked with me. I hadn’t worked with anybody except the man on the phone to make an appt, and that was it. It seemed like he wasn’t really interested in informing me of how things work as far as my service agreement and if they had all the information from the previous dealership. Anyway, I left without much confidence in their service department.

We are sorry to hear that your arrival experience was not as helpful as it should have been. That is not the level of service we want any guest to receive. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to review your service recommendations with you. The items highlighted in yellow are typically preventative maintenance and less urgent than the items shown in red, and we would be happy to take a moment to walk through those with you so everything is clear.
