Tire Installation went bad but doesn't take accountability
I have dropped off my car for 2 rare Tire Replacement along with Wheel Alignment on 03/01/2024. Actually, i went for only one tire first and they upsell for two rare tires for better wheel alignment. The tires were replaced, and wheel alignment was done and gave the vehicle back on same day. I started noticing the air was slowly going down on the passenger’s side rare tire from next day, which is new tire that was installed in 03/01/2024. I took the car back to the VA tires in Broadlands and they gave me appointment for Saturday, 3/9/2024 and filled the air and send it could be a value issue and sent me back. I showed up with my car again on Saturday, 3/9/2024 at scheduled time and now they are saying that this new installed tire has to be replaced with another new tire again. I am really upset about this, how a new tire can go bad when the air never went down below 25 psi. I requested to replace the tire as it should be within the manufacturing warranty and they are simple rejected. I know that I didn't drive the car much after the new tire and it was all in Ashburn area where we have the perfect roads, I seriously suspect that either a tire was defective, or something went wrong while installation, but they didn't want to accept and take responsibility and asking me to pay again for new tire. I have been a VA Tire & Auto customer for more than 10 years with multiple vehicles servicing every year, I didn't expect this low service, overselling and not taking responsibility and accountability.
