Upon submission of the poor survey results, we were contacted by Vision Motor Company General Manager who offered us a discount on a future Vision purchase or lease, on the condition that we change our review to give them all 5 stars. We turned this down as it does nothing to change what we disliked about the experience of dealing with Vision Hyundai, and gives us no comfort to expect a discount on a future car when all we have experienced is that they will fudge the numbers to erase any “deal” they are offering. He was not willing to give store credit to mitigate our dissatisfaction and would not elevate to Hyundai corporate.
Would have given an even lower score after the discussion with the GM as it is clear all they are interested in is suppressing bad reviews. We won’t be returning to another Vision franchise for our next car. This also harms the Hyundai brand to allow their dealerships to continue these poor practices.
