Outstanding service
I brought our Elantra in to take care of 3 recalls and the service manager Jay noticed that there was another issue with the cars engine. He looked into it and found out it was warranted. He notified us and between Mike and Jay they kept us updated throughout the process. All I’m gonna say is this was hands down the best service that we’ve ever had with a dealership and we highly recommend these guys! Thank you guys we are so happy with you!!!

Never going back, can't be trusted
In short: I left my car with them for 1 week for an engine replacement. When I went to pick it up the battery was completely drained. The only explanation for this was that it had been sitting for a week, not driven. Yet, somehow, it had to get from inside the garage to the parking lot when the work was done, and there were 8 more miles when I picked it up than when I left it. While they were trying to recharge the battery the hood almost came crashing down on the gentleman's head and would not stay open on its own--something else that has never happened before. The explanation for that was that the car is 8 years old and coincidental that it had never happened before. They denied possibly breaking the hood struts during the installation of an engine, which would have been understandable. They did not take responsibility for these things, offered up ridiculous excuses, and only apologized after arguing with the manager about the issues. They did finally agree to repair the hood struts at no cost to me, but again, only after I had to argue the situation. I have typically had good experiences there, but I no longer trust them and will find another Hyundai dealership to go to from now on.

Warranty steering and air bag repair
Service writer was very friendly also explained everything about what was being repaired. I was told it would take 3 hours for the repair. The repair was completed in 2.5 hours and the car seems very good right now.
