Got It Done
I came in without an appointment because the engine light came on. Even though they were very busy they had me out the door in less than 3 hours after replacing a faulty temp gauge at no cost to me.

I had a check engine light go on at the beginning of my long drive, I stopped in to get the code read less than 30 minutes to 6 PM (close), the manager in the service department made an exception pulled the code for me his team was SO VERY HELPFUL. I cannot thank you enough, I made it to my destination. Great customer service, very helpful. THANK YOU!

Detail
I had a free detail (when I purchased the brand new car it was dirty) and When I scheduled said detail, I got the vehicle back with about 10 seconds of cleaning done. A detail should leave a car completely spotless... very disappointed. It was a free detail, so even if they did a half way decent job I would have been fine. But this was honestly pathetic.

This dealership has always been great to work with...from the person greeting you as soon as you arrive, to explaining what they will be doing with my car, the cost, etc. I am a widow, so do not have a husband to handle the car problems or recommendations for the work that has to be done.... and if something additional needs to be done, they always explain it to me and let me decide if I need to do it immediately or in the future. I really appreciate this type of service!! You guys are the best!
