Chris said the business had bad communication. They told him his vehicle would be ready by this promise time and when he came his vehicle was not ready. No one called and told him it wasn't ready until he showed up, so he had to drive back. He would have liked someone to call and let him know it wasn't ready.

Serena said she took her vehicle to this business after having issues with another facility. This business fixed it and called her on a daily basis to keep her informed. They went way above and beyond what she expected. They went out of their way working with the government agency that was investigating the issue. This business did a good job mediating with all the parties involved.

"Awesome follow up!"
I had a rebuilt transmission installed in my Saturn Vue in October! When I picked it up they told me to bring in back in 3 months. Before I could even make the appointment, they sent me an email with an appointment already set up! Everything checked out fine!
