Awful experience all around!
What an awful experience from beginning to end with this dealership. I had to have a car towed in and "diagnostics" run on it. I told them the same thing that they told me. The Hyundai engine had seized up. Nobody wanted to tell me why without tearing the engine apart. Hyundai corporate was also no help and said I had to deal with the dealership. I tried to accept the fact that there was no help for the car by trying to trade it in as is and getting whatever I could out of it on a pre-owned car. Talked to several salespeople and no one would ever return my call. When I would call them back they would act like it is their first time hearing about this car having a seized motor. I told the same story over and over again. I end up buying elsewhere with no other choice since I never got a return call. The best they could do was to tell me to get the broken-down car up by the end of the week and pay my "diagnostics" bill. I would suggest never buying a Hyundai as they don't stand behind the cars they put out and try another dealership as they offer no help in the sales or service departments.
