Horrible service, I dropped my tundra off for a clean radar sensor message and a NYS inspection at a 3pm appointment, I was told they were busy, could I leave the truck overnight, I would get a call early the next morning. I didn't hear from by 10:30, so I called , was put on hold for 15 minutes, I never got a chance to talk to the service manager Andres Martinez, I was told I would be contacted within 10-15 minutes, I was not, called them back an hour later, and the same occurred 3 more times, I finally got to talk to Andres, he told me my inspection was completed, and they were working on the warning light for the radar, he said there was no light on for it, but I had brought it in with the warning light on, they told me they wanted to keep it for another day, but I explained that I used the truck for work, and I needed to pick it up. When I returned to pick up the truck, I paid a $200 bill for nothing, the inspection I was told that was completed wasn't done, and in addition to the radar light was an additional warning light, paid $200, no NYS inspection, and now I have 2 lights on , and was never contacted by them, I made all the calls, STAY AWAY from this service center, there is absolutely no service being done here
