Unhappy Customer
First, I came for a rear passenger tire air leak and was happy to find that it was the valve stem leaking. $10.75 done. But, a day later I was still loosing air in the same tire. Second, I tried to advise to not let the driver window down but it was too late. The window was let down. During the process of the service man trying to let it up (and 20 minutes later) he got it back up but cracked the casing around the window switches in the process. So I still have a flattening tire and now have a cracked window button casing. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

Julian said about six weeks ago he bought new rims from the business, then last week one of them came off while driving. He called Triple A to be towed off the road. He asked the driver what caused the rim to come off. That is when he found out that some of the lug nuts had not been tightened very well. When he contacted them, they apologized but there is no warranty and basically he was on his own. He had to pay $120 to replace the one that came off.

Nevae said they had her vehicle for three weeks when it was only supposed to take three days. They only called her two times to let her know it was going to take longer. The finish date changed six times. She would not recommend them to others for reasons stated.
