Best Hyundai Service Department in Oregon
Came in for an inspection and 12V battery replacement on my Ioniq PHEV and couldn't be happier with the service. The team did a careful, thorough job: replaced the battery, checked the charging system, and ran a full diagnostic scan, then walked me through every result. They also caught and corrected a battery securing issue from a prior service elsewhere that I hadn't been aware of. Perry, Duncan, Kristopher and Bradley were all knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They clearly know what they're doing with EVs. I've trusted Withnell with this car for years and they continually set the bar. Definitely worth the drive from Portland or Eugene!
