2nd time was a winner
Service Advisor made sure everything was working efficient after returning the car. I am still making sure my car continues to run correctly. Understand that I didn't have an issue with my advisor, but the frustration was the 2nd return with the service technician not ensuring it was completely service after the repair. I appreciate every effort from my service advisor to ensure the work was done correctly the 2nd time.

As usual, my service appointment was prompt and I only spent 1 1/2 hours for my 15k mile service. Joanne Gooden is a great service advisor and always makes sure things run smoothly. I think this is the best dealership and service department anywhere!

Great Customer Care
The dealership itself is wonderful. Kat, the service associate did a great job coming and updating me on the progress of my car's service. Every employee I encountered while there was friendly and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They serviced my car in a timely manner and Kat called me when she said she would. I appreciate that, very much.

I will not, however, buy another Hyundai. This is not on the dealership at all. This is totally on Hyundai Motor America. My Santa Fe is a 2017. While I am driving it, it will just completely shut off. Wolfchase informed me that in the history records, the SUV had the engine replaced at 7,000 miles. It wasn't even a year old and already had issues. I purchased it at 8,400 miles from a different dealership. It shouldn't be shutting off. This is very, very dangerous. Please be aware of this when thinking about purchasing a Hyundai. I did research on it and I am not the only person this is happening to. I am driving a very dangerous vehicle.
