"Integrity"
Eavesdropping on conversations between owner/staff/customers during the wait time while my vehicle was being serviced convinced me that this is a business that does things in the old school way: do it right for a fair price but don't do it at all if it isn't necessary and let the customer know along the way.

"89 Honda Prelude"

Julio said the mechanic kept telling him the vehicle needed additional work, even though he had told him all he wanted was the oil change and wiper blades. However, his vehicle is running pretty good now and the mechanic also put brake fluid in for him.

"Leaking oil"
My truck sat for several years while I sat overseas and I had outstanding leaks in various places. Brought it here upon referral. It was a interesting few weeks getting things sorted out but Woodburn Carcraft did right by me and put a lot of time and effort to make sure I was satisfied. They really put a lot of emphasis in customer service.
