I took my car to get an oil change and a recall done and they got me in quick. They were very nice and professional. The receptionist/cashier was very helpful in helping me get the pay situation taken care of. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone.

Good service
The wait was an hour just as the service manager said.
The only problem is they moved further from where I am living now which may work well for the majority. But my friends live closer to my neighborhood which makes distance reason why I would not recommend to my friends. But the service is good

Extended warranty work
I needed some work done on my 2008 Hyundai Accent. The airbag light was on and my mechanic had told me that there was a 15 year unlimited mileage factory warranty extension so, to be honest, I live inCouncil Bluffs but have had more then one bad experience with Edwards so I called Woodhouse and even from my initial call I felt good about my choice. Jeff was polite and accommodating from the start. Also, he lent me a loaner while they were fixing my car. I was really happy with the service that I received.

Saved my bacon
My car stayed overheating when I was driving from Minneapolis to Omaha on a Friday afternoon to visit my family. This awesome dealership said they could take a look if I brought my car in by 8 the next day, a Saturday. The radiator fan wasn’t working, and they had to order the part. The part didn’t arrive until 4 pm the day we were supposed to drive home, and one of the technicians stayed late so we could get home for work the next day. I am very appreciative and would definitely take my Hyundai there for service if I lived in the area. Please let them know how grateful I am.
