In an out and no hassles
Had an 8 am appointment for routine oil change. No attempt to "up-sell" us on extra services. got a complete summary of what was inspected and what was done. On our way again in less than an hour. Pretty much what you would picture as an ideal trip for dealer service. Excellent job!

Service with a smile.
I had no appointment and I went in to the service shop because my recently leased Tucson had a brake light that went out. They let me know it may be a while but they could get me in. They changed out the bulb and I good to go. I was pleasantly surprised to find out warranty covered the visit. My vehicle was vacuumed when it was returned to me, another nice surprise. Thanks to the entire Service Team for exceptional customer service!

We took my vehicle in for a steering issue that sounded like it might be a recall. My appointment was at 3pm, however we dropped my vehicle off at 8am so that we could get to work. By 11am my car was ready to be picked up! They'd fixed 4 recalls, done an inspection and even cleaned my floor mats 4 hours before my appt was even scheduled to start.

Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
