We have our 2016 Hyundai serviced at the dealership. The personnel in the service department are courteous, respectful and professional. They routinely explain the service being done and it is done in a timely manner. I dealt with Angel on my last two visits and could not ask for a more professional individual while being very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great previous times. No so great the last visit.
Normally I do not make comments but the problem with my now loose steering wheel really cause me some concern. If problem is corrected then I will recommend to a friend. Since I have to select they yes or no then I will select yes based on my hopes that problem will be corrected.

Do cars really need a $39 "Ethanol Water Removal Treatment?"
I don't see the real need for having a "BG Ethanol Water Removal Treatment" especially since it was just a bottle of fuel dryer that they charged me $39.95 for. I could have just stopped a got a bottle of Heet or STP Fuel Treatment for $3-4 and got the same benefits.

Last Moment oil change
Needed a oil change and scheduled it at the last moment. Went to my normal Hyundai service line but it turned out that it was supposed to have been at Mazda. The Mazda tech came over and took care of it. I was in and out super fast.
