d honest. I am never overcharged or upsold, and the work is done right the first time. The staff are helpful, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. Even when I go there for a basic oil change, I'm treated like a welcome guest. And when my car's had real trouble, the Road Star crew has taken care of it and kept me safe on the road. I wouldn't consider having my car serviced anywhere else.

Walked in to get a simple smog I was greeted politely by 2 gentleman. Information was given clear pri
ces are more then fair. And even though I didnt walk out passing my smog they showed me in detail what was wrong told me how I needed to fix it and didnt try to push me get it done. Great information with pictures and concern for my cars issues. Also gave great information on how to get it fixed. I couldn't ask for better people to deal with on such a bad day.
