omez Auto Repair, I only have great things to tell you. Steven and Richardo are the most honest repair shop front end managers you can meet. You might not like the answer, but it's the truth and the best they can possibly do. I have been a regular customer for three years now. Recently, I was low on oil and strapped for cash for a regularly scheduled oil change. But stupid me overfilled it. The check engine came on. After calling Steven, he said Paul, check if you overfilled it. Sure as shoot. I HAD. He said clear the check engine light by undoing the negative of the battery and go get an oil change. ZIP ZAP ZOOP. BACK TO NORMAL. Any place else would have milked you. These guys pride themselves on integrity and customer service. That is why I will never go any place else for my truck maintenance. Been seeing Fred a lot lately unfortunately having four cars over 20 years old and seems like the las
t month. I’ve hit the perfect storm of delayed repairs coming back to bite. But Freds commitment to accuracy, reality and priority, professionalism, superb mechanics, reasonable price prices although I will admit everything adding up is getting expensive but that’s not his fault. Excellent work the work is done really really fast. I really like a shop. It’s real old school been in business a long time and his business is about getting the work done getting it done right not about flashy lounge areas, and waiting room rooms and clean floors. It’s about getting the work done getting it done well with the right parts at the right time thank you Fred.
