As described above I was in your shop for oil change, after three attempts I was successful to get in
my car to maintenance shop, however the guy who did oil change started his job after twenty minutes, instead he went to the shop and playing Lottery thicket. After 20 minutes he showed up and started oil change. I have no clue why he’s mad and showed me his unwelcome attitude. The management is overall very good but exhausted employees show unnecessary attitude. Appreciate for the guy who helped me from the beginning until I left the shop.
