Over 20 years ago I walked into Eastgate Shell for the 1st time. As a female, my question to them was
- “ I’m looking for a place to work on my car where I won’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and a place I can trust they will do what’s needed - and not more. Is this the
place ?” A man in the waiting area (whom I had not seen) said “Ma’am, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place.” And my husband and I have been buying gas and getting work done since then.

He was responsive, knowledgeable, caring, respectful, and very reasonable as it related to the cost of my overall services. He worked directly with Adam Friday regarding my unique PCM case to finally resolve & explain the mechanical issues regarding my car. They were very knowledgeable, diligent, speedy, respectful, the cost was fairly priced and they were totally involved and comprehensive regardless of my unique mechanical issues/services that were performed on my 1997 Chrysler Sebring JXI. There customer service was outstanding and very hands-on. Simply exceptional!! I received an extensive in-dept examination of my vehicle's issues by a certified mechanic recognized by the Delaware DMV, his name is Adam Friday, and his mechanical expertise was truly outstanding, just exceptional! He was knowledgeable, diligence, professional, responsive and his expertise of the mechanical issues were unmatched.
