I recently had to take my mother to a specialist, and during the trip, we needed to make a U-turn. Un
fortunately, the transmission got stuck in neutral. Towing the vehicle to a service area or even home would have been very expensive, so we reached out for roadside assistance and got Delco Mike’s.
A big thank you to Mike! Despite his busy day, he was able to get the vehicle into drive so we could limp home past the dealership after ordering the necessary part. This was probably riskier than most would want to take on, but it fit the bill for our situation. Luckily, since it was stuck in neutral, we were able to keep the AC on during the hot day.

Would recommend!!! I called for an appointment. Waited for about 20-30 min to get inspection started.
Approximately half hour or so later it was done. The receptionist and mechanics are friendly. From my experience, they don’t try to get over on you. I’ve taken about six cars to them over the past 7 years or more and they have always been professional and honest.
